How do I add a case?

Tap the "+" button, enter a case name and receipt number, then save. Case Buddy will check USCIS and store the case in your list.

What receipt number format should I use?

Receipt numbers are usually 3 letters followed by 10 digits, such as EAC1234567890. Enter the number without spaces.

Why do I see a human verification (CAPTCHA) page?

USCIS may require anti-bot verification. Complete the challenge in the in-app browser and the status check will continue.

Can I track multiple cases?

Yes. You can track multiple cases, refresh one case, or refresh all cases from the list.

Troubleshooting

Case status not loading

Verify your receipt number first, then try refreshing again. If USCIS services are temporarily unavailable, retry later.

Notifications not arriving

Go to iOS Settings > Notifications > Case Buddy and make sure notifications are enabled.
